The 0-2 start to the National Football League season has become part of the distant past and suddenly the Jets have a shot to move to 3-2 on the season with a win over the Browns on Sunday (Oct. 8).

Neither one of these QBs have been setting the world on fire, but that doesn't mean that they won't be pivotal in the outcome of this game.

With five minutes gone in the second quarter, Zane Gonzalez missed a 52-yard field goal attempt.

The game was scoreless until Chandler Catanzaro kicked a 57-yard field goal for the Jets on the final play of the first half to cap a six-play, 32-yard drive. However, New York has won the last four, including a 31-28 victory in October of last season. It is not fair to expect 75 yard and 69 yard touchdown runs every week, but they still need to be productive running the ball. NY had 471 total yards of offense, and five receivers finished with 30 yards or more. The Jets had just 15 in the scoreless frame.

Against the Browns, the Jets might have a huge advantage in the running game.

Ealy has a shoulder injury and is coming off a big game in which he had an interception and four passes defensed. He has completed 70.1 percent (82 of 117) of his passes, the second most in the NFL.

With starter Matt Forte out for the second consecutive game with turf toe, the Jets will start Bilal Powell and pair him with rookie Elijah McGuire. This is not a joke, the Jets were actually trash-talking another team.

The No. 1 overall pick hopes to commemorate the occasion with a sack. Kerley, who was signed off waivers on September 5, didn't play in Week 1, but already is second on the team with 13 receptions, and has taken over the punt return duties.

"You don't get to relax until the season's over", he said.

Kickoff from Cleveland is at 1 p.m. EST on Sunday. He has 473 yards over the past two weeks, but DeShone Kiser has been disappointing, too. He has thrown 82 touchdown passes compared to 72 interceptions.

"It is exciting, not only for myself and our coaching staff, but for him and for his teammates", said coach Hue Jackson, who explained earlier this week Garrett's snaps will be limited as he comes off an injury.
